Let's dance into the summer

The start of Maribor’s biggest cultural event will be marked by a dance performance by the 24^th Open Dance Show. The project will feature numerous dance performances throughout the first week of the festival.

Friday will also be the first day of Sports Lent, providing activities and fun for the visitors, as well as the series of outdoor cinema vents, located at the new festival venue Tkalka.

The build up

This year, the first days of the festival will start a bit slower, but with a variety of accompanying activities, brought to you by organizers and restaurants of Maribor. Visit an art exhibition or spend the night at one of the numerous concerts at festival’s smaller stages.

Cynical murderers

From Monday, June 29^th, the green areas of the City park will come to life with the family festival of creativity Art Camp, offering a wide variety of playful activities, creative workshops and other artistic content for children, families and youth. Triglav Stage will also contribute to the uniqueness of the program, featuring international dancers, musicians and theater performers. Don’t forget about the Folkart festival, which will take place in the park in the afternoons and at SNG Maribor in the evenings. The opening performance of the 27^th Folkart festival will be on Tuesday, June 30^th.
