Uros Štefelin brought Vila Podvin back to life and revived the traditional Slovenian dishes from Gorenjska region. He is inspired by memories mixed with new ideas and topped with excellency, knowledge and local ingredients.

Igor Jagodic (Strelec, Ljubljana)

Igor’s distinctive, aesthetic style of sophisticated dishes, which are full of details, colors and freshness, never ceases to amaze his guests. He always puts his all into a dish and knows no shortcuts. Jagodic always serves the perfect combination: crunchy with soft, salty with sour, dried with roasted, cold with warm.

Bine Volčič (Kulinarični atelje, Kranj)

Bine Volčič, the most famous Slovenian TV chef, found his restaurant in the creativity of his studio. One of the most talented chefs always surpsises his guests with dishes that know no boundaries. His plates are full of colors, textures, shapes and ideas. His dishes are daring and … well, crazy.
