Gorazd Potočnik (Gox-Sladkozvočje, Smlednik)

Originally a chef, Gorazd continued his career as a cake and pastry master. He gained experience at home and abroad and is know Slovenia’s most famous baker.

Metka and Grega Repovž (Repovž Inn, Šentjanž)

This duo consists of a mother and son with new ideas and a respect for tradition. Repovž is an old restaurant in the countryside that provides you with great Slovenian cuisine.

Roberto Gregorčič (Oštarija, Dolenjske Toplice) 

The happiest chef in Slovenia likes to put all ingredients to good use, knows traditional dishes and can even sew. Besides transforming traditional plates into modern masterpieces, he also designs traditional clothing of Dolenjska region.
