Tomič’s dishes are simple, even though they look artistic. He focuses on ingredients and flavors. When flirting with global trends, he always has the respects for his roots. He can make čevapčiči haute cuisine.

Peter Kovač (Restavracija Maxim, Ljubljana) 

Kovač assisted Andrej Kuhar before becoming a chef in one of the most elite restaurants in Ljubljana. Maxim has become a restaurant for business lunches and dinner celebrations. Every city has a restaurant like this. In Ljubljana, it’s Maxim.
