Marko Pavčnik uses colors when creating his unique dishes. He loves to play, create, and inspire. He loves things that look good and is a master of modern techniques. He is even better in the kitchen than he is on TV.

Borut Jovan (Galerija okusov, Petrovče) 

Borut Jovan is wild when it comes to cooking, urban when it comes to ingredients, traditional when it comes to flavors, modern when it comes to combining flavors, textures and aromas, local when it comes to choosing ingredients, and global when it comes to creativity.

Luka Košir (Gostišče Grič, Šentjošt nad Horjulom) 

The restaurant looks like a log cabin, but the chef is young, experienced, ambitious and creative. He plans each plate with great precision and pays attention to combinations of flavors. He is the best young Slovenian chef!
