Summer at the City Park

On Monday, June 29, Art Camp will open its green doors and provide family fun by celebrating creativity, life, sunshine and nature. Providing Maribor with culture, art, science, sports, and fun, Art Camp remains festival’s biggest day event.

As usual, Art Camp will once again be located around the park's promenade with a stage at the end. The stage will mostly host school productions during the day and dance or music performances in the evening. There will also be numerous other smaller events around the park, such as theater and puppet shows, music concerts, folklore and dance performances and many more.

The promenade will feature various workshops, which will focus on reading, sports, food, art, science, animals, culture and nature.

Art Camp in its full capacity will start on Monday, July 4, and will go on until the very last day of the festival, when we will finish it with the traditional Carnival. However, the end of Festival Lent is not the end of Art Camp, since it will continue all throughout summer.
